The T-Bred's were averaging over 30 points a game. Danny "The beast " Harris was the games MVP with more than one hundred yards on the ground. The defense was led by Big George Stubbs who just created havoc for the T-Bred's offensive line. Tony Smith scored on a 63 yard pick six and James :mean" Green had an interception and the games hardest hit that had the crowd going crazy!!! First year Head Coach Trenard Cook got his first win in 2008 and boy was it a big one. " This was a fun game to coach. Incredi-Bulls !!!!!

..The Rice Bowl couldn't have asked for a more exciting championship game. Every one new this could be the game of the century and it was. The Bulls pulled out a thriller in over time 16-10 behind the heroics of four time SSFL all star #5 Jonathan Johnson (Johnny Lightning). Johnny scored the winning touchdown in grand fashion catching a curl route , breaking several tackles and out running the rest of the Shark's defense for the game winning score. The Sharks took a three nothing lead in the first half after both teams missed field goals. In the second half Sequan Dowe race in to the end zone on a 23 yard scamper giving the Bulls a 7-3 lead. The Bulls who had several turnovers watched a Sharks defender return a fumble 37 yards for a touch down to take the lead 10-7. Later with only 6 seconds left in regulation the Bulls kicked a 27 yard game tying field goal to force over time. On the first drive in over time the Sharks return the ensuing kick to the fifty yard line. Before long the Sharks were at the Bulls 19 yard line and went for the game winning field goal. The kick sailed wide right giving the Bulls new life. The Bulls drove down to the Sharks 20 yard line and attempted a 32 yard field goal. An offensive lineman jumped off sides and moving the ball back to the Shark's 25 yard line. On the next play it got crazy. The bulls got a bad snap and the holder fumbled the ball. TA Shark's defender picked up the ball and took off running. The Bulls kicker forced a fumble with a great tackle and the Bulls regained possession of the ball. Two plays later Johnny lightning scored the game winning touchdown diving into the end zone and giving the Bulls their first ever League championship!

The Bulls will move on to face the Millionaires and the winner moves on to the Rice Bowl !!!!

RB Jamil Clarke #8 (OCHO !) was in Hogg Heaven!!!!

Jamil Clarke (pictured above) is in a fitting position. Its the way the Gladiators defense saw him all night behind a massive offensive line led by SSFL All stars Steve Alverez #66 and George Stubbs #95 (not pictured). RB's Jamil Clarke , Danny Harris and Sequan Dowe ran through gaping holes on the Gladiators vaunted run defense.

BULLS BULLY SHIELD-LESS GLADIATORS!!!!

The Magic City Bulls defeated the Gladiators 35-17 in a game where the final score does not indicate how bad the Gladiators were beaten. The Gladiators were ridding a two game winning streak against the Bulls. The Bulls dominated from the start led by LB #56 " Mean" James Greene. Green led a ferocious defense that knocked out two of the Gladiators quarterbacks by half time. The offense led by the entire offensive line completely dominated the line of scrimmage as was evident by the gaping holes the backs ran through. Jamil Clarke, Danny Harris and Sequan Dowe had there way with the Gladiators vaunted defense. "We are a big and physical group. We are suppose to dominate " says O-Line Coach Thomas Matthew.
